By creating an account or using Zaynopay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Zaynopay is a platform that helps property owners and tenants manage rentals — tracking rent, storing documents, and communicating about tenancies. We are not a party to any tenancy agreement.

• Owners are responsible for the accuracy of data they input
• Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of documents they submit
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

• No fraudulent documents
• No misrepresentation of property or rental terms
• No use for illegal rental arrangements

You warrant that documents you upload are genuine. Zaynopay is not liable for fraudulent documents exchanged between users.

The Zaynopay app, website, and brand are owned by Zaynopay. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

• Zaynopay is a platform, not a party to any tenancy agreement
• We are not liable for disputes between owners and tenants
• We are not liable for data loss beyond commercially reasonable measures

You agree to indemnify Zaynopay against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime guarantee on the free plan.

Zaynopay may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
