Zaynopay ("we", "us", "our") provides a property and rent management platform serving users in India and the UAE. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our app and website. By using Zaynopay you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account data: name, email, phone, country
- Property data: addresses, rent amounts
- Documents: encrypted ID proofs and agreements
- Usage data: login times and feature usage (no third-party trackers)
- Device data: push notification token, OS version
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the service — rent tracking and document storage
- To send notifications by push and email
- To verify identity through email OTP
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
5. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained while your account is active
- Deleted accounts: all data is removed within 30 days
- Documents are deleted with your account or on explicit request

- Right to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — delete your account and all data

7. International Users
For users in the UAE, UK, US, and Singapore, data is processed under Indian law. For users in the EU, the same access, correction, and erasure rights apply in line with GDPR principles.

All files are encrypted with AES-256-CBC. Encryption keys are never shared with third parties.

Zaynopay is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
